I think this is the most popular among other spine lengthening postures. Start by lying on the floor keeping your palms just under your shoulders. Lift up your body and start to arch your spine as far back as you can. Keep the same position for 10 to 15 seconds then repeat.

3.  Bow Down Stretch
Stand straight. Rest your hands on your hips, and then slowly bend downward to the lowest you can. Keep your knees tightly locked as you do this. Maintain this figure for at least 5 seconds.
