This is precisely why teenagers should start being proactive when they want to achieve maximum height.
Just like in your case, 17 years old, is an early age for bones to fuse but it does happen especially when:
- you have not been physically active during your early teens,
- you have not nourished your body with the right foods,
- you’re predisposed because of heredity,
- and when you have vices.
(just to name a few reasons)
The best way for you to grow taller now is to focus on your spinal decompression. Depending on how much your body can still stretch, you’ll add an inch or two.
But you know what? Science is not “exact”.
Don’t lose hope.
If I were in your shoes, I’ll start doing exercises, swimming and biking everyday even if they say that your long bones have already fused.

Hey, i’m 17 years old, I come from a pedigree of short parents, and i’ve been to an endocrinologist and all and i’ve gotten my bone age test done, and they say my plates have fused. even though it was a test of my arm. Do I still have a chance of increasing my height?

It’s nice to know that you are actively doing something to improve your height.
I know how frustrating it can be when you think you’ve tried everything and still nothing has worked. There was even a time I got mad at myself because despite all the hard work, discipline and money spent I barely grew a centimeter.
But I don’t want to lie to you and give you false hopes. You’re already 20 years old and your goal of growing 10 cms more is no longer realistic. Your femur, tibia and fibula bones (thighs and lower legs) have already started to fuse because you have already reached your current age.
The only way you can add at least an inch to 3 inches the most is by trying spinal decompression and correcting your upper body posture. This will depend entirely on how determined you are and how far your natural body can still take it.
I also advise you to stay away from food and drinks that will prevent you from growing up at this stage. If you smoke, you better quit now and stay away from alcoholic drinks also while you are trying to increase your height.
And my final advise to you is, PRAY! I know that may sound totally unrelated but sometimes no matter how hard we try, things don’t work out the way we want to. Just tell the Big Guy up there that you will be needing a bit more push and stretch. He listens!

The great thing about the Grow Taller 4 Idiots system is the more you work on it, the more you are rewarded.
Rewarded, meaning getting faster and maximum results. You’re just 16 years old so you’ve got plenty of time to grow so you don’t have to be in a hurry.
Take your time and create your own program like I did. Organize your exercises.
Perform certain grow taller exercises which focus on a particular part of your body during Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Then another set of exercises during Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
It’s up to you if you still want to work on Sundays.

You are already 25 years old and if you have read my blog, I have told people over and over that at this age it will be hard to “impossible” to lengthen your LONG BONES (legs and thighs) because they have already fused.
However, this is not reason to stop hoping because you can still grow taller by focusing on your spinal column.

I have demonstrated some exercises that has helped me grow taller and you can have them for free.
Perform them everyday and you’ll surely start to add an inch or two in 4 weeks. Hope you start doing them while you’re bones
are still capable because when you reach the age of 20 or 21 your bones will start to fuse and harden.
When that happens it will be harder for you to get that additional height.
You might want to start swimming or biking every day to elongate your bones while you still can.

I suggest you continue with your swimming and jogging to keep you growth hormones active.
Have you been taking enough sleep? It is when we are sleeping that our HGH do the magic with our height. So be sure to get at least 8 hours sleep every day.

Having a background in science, I’ve always been sceptical about things and this is no exception.
I was glad to see some tips/explanations regarding the spine vertebrae, as this is more or less obvious. And I’ve noticed this myself, after having to stop working out for some time the muscle loss and bad posture do reflect a small decrease in height (but less than 1 inch).
And the golden rules for good health: exercising, resting and eating properly apply to everything in life.
But the “grow 2-3 inches in 6 weeks” you advertise is fud to me.
How do you explain the existing hGh treatments that cost 10,000$-20,000$ ???
So if it would be possible to increase the human growth hormones levels naturally, the doctors wouldn’t advise this expensive and painful treatment that require 14 injections per week!!!
