hhmm… i have a petite frame of 5′2 with long body torso… welll quite interested in the program but after read the preview of the books… it says that it will make the body spine longer… well i’m wondering if this would make my body even longer than i have right now …. well guest that you can imagine that i could look like an alien with short legs and long body… so my question is does this program will add extra inch to the legs as well?

It really isn’t that difficult. As I mentioned previously, make sure you eat right (hint: drink at least two glasses of 1% fat milk everyday), perform the exercises, and I guarantee you will notice changes within 2-3 weeks.
I have alread noticed an increase of about 0.25 inches in less than 10 days ! I recently started cycling at the gym and drinking 2 glasses of milk.

This stuff really works. You need to have discipline though. Perform the exercises every morning and every night (before bed), eat right, get enough sleep…..
I have already grown about an inch in less than 3 weeks. 2 months down the line I’m sure I’ll be closer to my target height of around 5″10.

The program concentrates on spine lengthening and strengthening. There are other grow taller exercises you can do. The best leg lengthening exercises I can suggest to you is swimming and biking.
