Shin, Nathan, and Arthur, YES it does work !! You can only know if you TRY IT.

It really isn’t that difficult. As I mentioned previously, make sure you eat right (hint: drink at least two glasses of 1% fat milk everyday), perform the exercises, and I guarantee you will notice changes within 2-3 weeks.

I have alread noticed an increase of about 0.25 inches in less than 10 days ! I recently started cycling at the gym and drinking 2 glasses of milk.

I’m about 5.7/8 and would love to be more 5.10 – do these ‘scientific’ proven exercises and nutritional regime really work because i’ve looked around and I know there’s a million things claiming to be able to increase one’s height – but most of them are rather false.
