You should try to hold and maintain this posture for at least 5 seconds or longer. It is normal to find this grow taller stretch a bit difficult at first; but you’ll get the hang of it after a few repetitions and when you start seeing the results.

2. Cobra Stretch

Start by lying on the floor keeping your palms just under your shoulders. Lift up your body and start to arch your spine as far back as you can. Keep the same position for 10 to 15 seconds then repeat.

3.  Bow Down Stretch
When you do this grow taller stretch stand straight and erect. Rest your hands on your hips, and then slowly bend downward to the lowest you can. Keep your knees tightly locked as you do this and avoid bending it. Maintain this figure for at least 5 seconds. This posture would also loosen up your lumbar region and strengthen your core.
