Hey Arun!
This is not my system. This is what I used to increase my height and just sharing the information with all of you here.
I have actually made my personal height increasing blueprint available for everybody at NO COST so in case anyone who doubts the system or just want to make sure if the system really works, they can try out my personal exercises first to erase those doubts.

Growing taller at 19 years old and achieving an additional 3 more inches is still possible if you commit yourself to it.
Be sure to perform the growth exercises DAILY and if you can at least twice a day so you can maximize the remaining time you have before your bones harden at 21.
These exercises will help to elongate your long bones and release some pressure from your spinal column.
