Be sure to perform the growth exercises DAILY and if you can at least twice a day so you can maximize the remaining time you have before your bones harden at 21.

You’re quite in a hurry! Well, at 18 and still at 5′2″, I’d be in a hurry to grow too.
I’m distributing my personal growth exercise blueprint. Download it and start performing the exercises daily before you bones start to fuse.
Another important thing you should do aside from doing these exercises is making sure you eat the right foods and get at least 8 hours of sleep every day. It is during while we sleep our growth hormones are released and help in the growth process.

But now he is trying to make it a habit.But I am really worried about his health. I read that kimi MFIII is really good but it is expensive.But is it really worthwhile.Can you suggest some remedy for my son. he doesnt like to eat egg.
