   You are at the peak of your growth years so it is advisable that you take advantage of it.

   There is no age limit for the grow taller program. Actually, the younger you are the better and easier for you to achieve a 3 to 5 inches increase in height.

   If you are currently 5′1 at age 14, depending on your genetic and family background you will naturally grow to at least 2 to 4 inches more (minimum).

   But you can add more to that when you perform the specific exercises and follow the nutritional guidelines that will help maximize your growth potential.

   i was wondering if this article is for people that are older than 20
   Because i’m 13 going onto 14 and i’m 5′1 i wanna be at least 6ft.
   Is there a possibility ?
