I am 18 years old and 4ft10 I am always laughed at when at uni and my siblings are embarrassed to walk with me coz i am so short people don’t believe that i am an adult. Do i still have time to grow if i do the exercises can growth hormones still work on me because i started my period at nine and have not grown since and i have also had issues with my weight

I am 21years, and both my parents are long. my mother is 173 and my father is 183, and the rest of my family is also above 173cm. According to my parents height I should have growth to at least 175 cm , but the thing is I did not grow at all since I was 10 , so that to say for 11 years my body did not change at all, I still look like a child, I don not know if I have growth Delayed or not, But I was told I was very small at birth and was born 2 months early and since I was 11 my diet was really bad and I did not drink water for like 8 years , only lemonade and junk food , so at 7 months I do not know if this stuff have anything to do with my not growing, but I wanted know if that were the case , will I still be able to get my maximum height of 175 cm? I am know 160cm .
Will I be able to grow like 4 to 6 inch , considering that my height did not change at all and that maybe I have Growth delayed and that supposedly growth spurt continue till age 25. If it is not to much trouble can you E-mail me?

Hi! I’m 19 years old, 5’11 and I want to gain height by 2 inches.Is it a realistic request? I’ve recently bought the grow taller 4 idiots ebook but I haven’t been able to start it yet but I’ll do it next week. I was wondering if I should have the HGH cocktail, specially because I haven’t had a growth spurt since I was 18, so I don’t know if that will work! I’ll apreciate ur response, thanks!

Thanks for visiting my blog.
I’d like to be honest with you, I think you’re already 24 years old and your goal of growing 3-4 inches more is no longer realistic. At your age, you’ll be able to grow an inch or two only.
Why? Because your long bones (thighs and legs) have already fused. You will be able to increase your height through decompressing your spinal column by performing grow taller exercises DAILY.
Growth hormones or pills promoting the release and production of your natural growth hormones will help in keeping your bones stronger but NOT make it grow.
If you other people will tell you otherwise, like they will tell you that if you take this pill you’ll grow and increase your height then they’re probably just lying to you. Growth hormones will only work to make you taller if you are still in your GROWTH PHASE. But at 24 you’re already passed that stage.
Dedicate some of your time doing the specific decompressing exercises everyday and you’ll surely get that additional 1 to 2 inches of height.

Iam 24 yrs old, iam just 5 ft i want to gain height as early as possible atleast by 3-4 inches more pls suugest some growth harmones or pills to grow faster. i will not be able to do exercises coz iam working i dont get time to perform execises.
